We have been asked by numerous people about a petition.  We thus started handing these out, collecting signatures and preparing to send to our legislators as a multiple page petition.
 
It's an 'individual petition' and anyone can sign it.

Individual Statement of Opposition to Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site


I wish to document my position against the expansion of the Army’s Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site (PCMS) southeastern Colorado.  There is more than adequate space already owned by the Department of Defense, with over twenty five million acres managed by them.   The Army has over fifteen million of those twenty five million acres and they cannot justify more.
