Section 2-2 (b) states that you will have NO VA benefits if you apply for CO status 1A, (even though you have both your legs blown off before your paperwork is processed) UNLESS you are determined to be "insane". (which you must then sign and date to be included in "your permanent record")

2-2(c) The "possible consequences concerning enlistment, reenlistment, or extension" for those applying for 1A0 non combat CO status means that you cannot make a career in the military in a non combat unit. You cannot reenlist and retire from the military and serve the entire time in a non combat medical unit.

2-2(d) your application for either CO status can be denied if you're late for any meeting or with any of this prohibitively ponderous paper work.

2-2(e) Applying for CO status will automatically require you see the shrink, cause you must be crazy if you don't want to kill people.
