Thursday and the barrier is gone from the sidewalk after Bill Sulzman called and went down to the police station, paid for a copy of the strange permit, talked to commander Owensby on the phone and then in person, to get the 1st amendment back in service. We lost 2 days, and Bill has worked tirelessly, but he was finally successful and here we are in the worst weather of the week.
