The ironies of this poster are that while preparing for more proxy war with Russia over the Caspian Sea oil, and having fought a proxy war against Russia in Afghanistan in the 80s, they do not list Russia as a potential threat. They list, in the post cold war era, the use of coalitions, since they want to continue to claim that the US alone defeated the nazis in WWII, when in fact it was mostly the Russians. At the bottom is the choice of peace or war, which still exists in the post cold war era, as it has throughout all time, but has never been chosen any military.
